These procedures can usually be performed in our office under a local anesthetic with minimal recovery time. Tummy Tuck

Dr. Heck offers both mini and full abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) surgery. A mini abdominoplasty is less invasive and addresses excess skin on the lower abdomen. A full abdominoplasty removes excess skin and fatty tissue on both the upper and lower abdomen. With either procedure, you will have a flatter, thinner, more sculpted abdomen.

Liposuction

We offer various types of liposuction to remove excess or unwanted fat. Liposuction can sculpt the face, neck, arms, legs, thighs, hips, abdomen, back, and buttocks. Our Tumescent Liposuction uses a saline injection for easier fat removal while minimizing discomfort and reducing blood loss. Our SmartLipo™ technique uses heat to melt the fat for uniform sculpting and decreased bruising.

Our Vaser Liposelection® uses vibration to break up fat, allowing for easier sculpting, and less bruising. Dr. Heck uses a 5 -Step liposuction process (as opposed to a 2 step process) that he has refined over the last 10 years, to achieve better and more consistent results. Facial Rejuvenation Procedures:

Botox®

Botox® or Dysport® is a very quick, simple, and effective way of reducing or erasing wrinkles on the face caused by age, sun damage, and over expression. It is an in- office procedure that takes about 5 minutes and the effects can last up to 3 to 4 months.

IPL (Intense Pulse Light Treatment)

IPL is a laser device used to treat and reverse damage to the skin from acne scars, sunspots, broken capillaries, redness and wrinkles. This procedure takes about 10- 20 minutes in our office, and patients usually need 2-3 treatments for maximum results. This procedure is commonly referred to as “photo-facial.”
