I cannot say enough about Dr. Robert Heck and his staff at CAPS, Inc. From the moment I walked into his office for a consultation, I was made to feel comfortable. All of my questions and concerns were addressed before, during and after my procedure. Dr. Heck is not only a well respected physician in his field, but his bedside manner is impeccable. He and his staff made this such a positive experience for me. I am very pleased with the outcome of my surgery and no longer cringe at the thought of swimsuit season. I was very nervous before my consultation for a breast augmentation. But that all changed as soon as I met Dr. Heck and his nurses! I had met with another doctor prior to this, and I just didn't get a good feeling. I knew right away with Dr. Heck that he was who I wanted as my surgeon. The day of surgery, Dr. Heck answered all of my last minute questions. The surgery went great. I had minimal pain during my recovery time. At my post op appointments, Dr. Heck and his staff were more than helpful! Dr. Heck and his staff have continued to be great.
